-Oversee and provide all procedures necessary in the day-to-day operations of the community center and all other District Facilities
-Develops and implements marketing strategy/plan for rental and public use of recreational facilities to include: civic center gym and meeting rooms, miniature golf course and meeting space (clubhouse/pavilion), spray park, concessions, and baseball fields.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
-Accepts reservations and schedules facility alongside of office personnel.
-Assists in analyzing, planning, preparing, and submitting an annual operations budget.
-presents proposed annual budget
-oversees staff in each department
Pay compensatory with experience.
