We are not a fitness center, but offer these activities as a means of exercise for our community. As we try to keep our classes on time, some delays do occur.

Upper & Lower Body Workouts, Lymphatic Workouts, Chair Exercises, Stretching/Yoga, Walking Exercises, Step Aerobics
